Horace Mann Hosting Outdoor Movie Night, Barbecue
Admission to Friday's annual "Start of School" event costs $5 per person. Food, drinks and treats will be available for purchase.
is celebrating its annual "Start of School" event with an outdoor movie night and barbecue Friday, Sept. 14.
Dr Seuss' The Lorax will be shown on a giant outdoor screen on the school's soccer field. The PG-rated film is an animated adaptation of Dr. Seuss' classic tale, following a young boy searching for a real tree and the forest creature he meets on his journey. Bring a giant blanket, find a spot for the whole family and enjoy the show!
The movie begins at 8 p.m., but food, drinks and treats will be on sale starting at 3:30 p.m. Admission is $5 per person. The school is located at 8701 Charleville Blvd.
