BHFD Brings Cheer to Beverly Hills Seniors

Last week, city firefighters made a special visit to some of Beverly Hills' most cherished residents.

Beverly Hills firefighters serve and protect the community 24/7. But even with their busy schedule, the brave men and women of the department find time to spread cheer to residents.

Last week, members of the visited two assisted living homes to bring Valentine's Day balloons to seniors. Fire Captain Dean Viana organized the delivery to  and .

"It was a great feeling to give each of them a gift as simple as a balloon and just watch them light up with joy and give us a big smile," Viana told Patch.
