Beverly Hills Brownie Company Taking Orders at North Beverly Drive Shop

The company's flagship store is now open. There are more than a dozen brownie flavors to choose from.

Move over cupcakes...brownies have arrived in Beverly Hills and they're here to stay.

About two years ago the idea for Beverly Hills Brownie Company was developed by founder Bobbie Greenfield. Back then the business was only online. But with the growth of the brand and demand for her brownies on the rise, Greenfield decided to open her flagship store at 315 N. Beverly Drive a few months ago.

Walk into the shop and your nose is greeted with the sweet smell of freshly-baked brownies. There are 18 different brownie flavors to choose from, with availability depending on the day of the week and season:

Beverly Hills Brownie Company's treats are baked fresh daily. If you can't eat your brownies the day you get them, the company recommends storing them in an airtight container or plastic bag at room temperature for up to a week. You can also refrigerate them for up to two weeks or freeze them for up to six months—just be sure to use airtight containers or airtight plastic bags.

The brownies are also made with kosher products. Though the bakery does not have official kosher certification, it plans to obtain it.

When you do visit the shop, don't forget to try the new ice cream brownie sandwich. It's the perfect treat for these hot summer days!
