 I love sharing my passion for food and writing about it. I truly believe that everyone should be able to explore different cuisines by making homemade dishes without ruining their monthly budget.

At West Bloomfield Patch, I'll share my favorite recipes with you from around the world and show you where you can get the best ingredients right here in your neck of the woods. The Farmington / West Bloomfield/ Bloomfield hills area is one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse areas in metro Detroit.  With vibrant Middle eastern, European, Indian, Jewish and  Muslim communities, food can play an important role in bringing people together and creating an even more vibrant community.

I'm a food enthusiast and writer and the author of the blog 64sqftkitchen, where I share recipes and stories of my childhood in Algeria.

I live in Farmington with my loving husband and my two sweet daughters.
