PEOPLE supporting new laws to stop Bullying from Top School Officials,"especially in JEFFREY HUBBARD'S district in NMUSD". Newport Height Elementary School allowed free childcare service on taxpayers $, run by front office mgr. for one 5th grade teacher only for months. Parent reported in confidence to Principal 2-4-11 got promotion to district after he and teacher caused horrific retaliation for months. REWARDED? They intentionally effected child's grades, singled child out, humiliated, intimidated, bullyed, created false blame, withheld school papers other kids had, canceled tests/make up days, on child only endangered child's safety NO accountability or prosecution. Covered up for months by Susan, Assistant Superintendent created NEW LAW months later 9-12-11 stated in writing, it is now okay for teacher to have baby on campus in 5th grade class for months. Why policy change by Superintendents office, when stated teacher could not bring child. Principal, Dept. of Ed. said it is against school policy. How can this NEW LAW/SCHOOL POLICY be changed/supported by Jeffery Hubbard and Board Members? Where is the accountability for unlawful actions, not support child/family with grades deserved, equal and safe environment. Why the cover up not protecting family throughout the complaint process? It is shocking, appalling this school district sticks together is ABOVE LAW, no accountability for fraud, destroying families and others. HELP US! EVERY DISTRICT, CHILD AND PEOPLE MATTER.
