Jeff Kolin, Neighbor

Jeff Kolin was appointed as city manager for Beverly Hills in January 2010. Prior to joining Beverly Hills, he was city manager for the California cities of Santa Rosa and Pittsburg and deputy city manager for Santa Clarita. His career in local government began more than 30 years ago in a part-time job as a recreation leader for LA County's after school and summer programs. A believer in government as innovator, Jeff's many accomplishments include the Santa Clara River Recreation and Trail Master Plan, construction of the Pittsburg Civic Center and Santa Rosa’s Prince Memorial Greenway.
