Howard Goldstein, Neighbor

Howard A. Goldstein, Esq. is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. During his almost thirty year legal career, he has litigated matters in both state and federal court. Mr. Goldstein has served as lead counsel in employment, civil rights, mass torts, environmental, and business litigation class actions.

Mr. Goldstein has won landmark appellate decisions that rewrote the laws with regard to strict products liability (Livingston v. Marie Callenders, Inc.); consumer protection (Douglas v. Talk America); employee on-call status (Gomez v. Lincare, Inc.); civil rights (Everett v. Six Flags Theme Parks); use of force (Brooks v. City of Fresno); and suitable seating (Henderson v. JP Morgan Chase Bank).

Mr. Goldstein is admitted to practice in the State of California. He is also admitted to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
