Beverly Hills City Hall is a Spanish Renaissance-style building that was designed by architect William Gage. Built inMore 1932 and renovated in 1982, it features a low base with an eight-story tower with marble walls, terrazzo floors and intricate ceilings. It currently houses offices for the Mayor, City Council, City Manager, City Clerk, City Attorney, Human Services, Recreation and Parks, Transportation, Policy and Management and more.

Free two-hour parking is available in the city lot across the street.

The City Clerk's Office is located on the second floor of City Hall. The office maintains the official minutes of allMore proceedings, records, ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other official city documents and public records. It also plans, supervises and conducts all municipal elections.

The current city clerk is Byron Pope, who was appointed by the City Council in 2005. The city clerk ensures that the council operates in compliance with federal, state and local statutes and regulations, and that all council actions are properly executed, recorded and archived. Patty Ogden serves as the assistant city clerk.
