Monday Essentials: Obama Visit, Thanksgiving Dinners, Board of Ed.

Here are five things to know this week in Beverly Hills.

1. Drivers were warned Sunday to expect presidential motorcades across a broad swath of the Westside during Monday afternoon's rush hour, as Barack Obama plans to cross from Westwood to the Beverly Hills area. Click here for more information.

2. It's Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 28. City Hall and the library will be closed Thursday and the library will also be closed on Friday.
