Rescue Dog of the Week: Watson the American Bulldog Mix

Meet Watson, a Hurricane Katrina rescue pup who landed in Beverly Hills.

Watson is a 3-year-old mix between an American Bulldog and an American Staffordshire Terrier. He was rescued from Hurricane Katrina and is looking for a better life here in Beverly Hills. Watson is already house trained, neutered and up to date with routine shots. This loving guy is great indoors and gentile with children, but not so affectionate with other dogs...so he can give all his attention to you! Watson is looking for a foster home, or better yet, a new forever home.

Ace of Hearts is a 501c-3 dog rescue foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs—the day they are to be euthanized—from various Los Angeles shelters and placing them in loving homes. It does not take dogs in. It rescues only from shelters. Its adoption days are normally held every Saturday at the West Hollywood Pet Co. at 508 N. Doheny Drive from 1-4 p.m. Click here for information on how to adopt a rescue dog from Ace of Hearts.
