Rescue Dog of the Week: Mojo the Weimaraner

This brave pooch saved his foster home from being burglarized.

Mojo is a handsome Weimaraner who was left at the pound when his human Mom was sent to live in a convalescent home. She was the only family he knew and he was very depressed by the separation. But Mojo is doing much better now that he is out of the pound and with a foster family, even showing his gratitude by saving his foster home from being burglarized! Mojo would make a great companion and protector for any family, so give this pup a chance and help him find his forever home.

Ace of Hearts is a 501c-3 dog rescue foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs—the day they are to be euthanized—from various Los Angeles shelters and placing them in loving homes. It does not take dogs in. It rescues only from shelters. Its adoption days are normally held every Saturday at the West Hollywood Pet Co. at 508 N. Doheny Drive from 1-4 p.m. Click here for information on how to adopt a rescue dog from Ace of Hearts.
