What's Up: Gala for the Children, Winter Tales and Winter Choral Concerts

Here are five things to know in Beverly Hills today.

1. Beverly Vista School and Beverly Hills High School their respective winter choral concerts at 6:30 and 7 p.m., respectively. Click here for the BHUSD calendar. 

2. A Place Called Home (APCH), a South Central Los Angeles based organization providing a safe haven and proven programs to improve the lives of underserved youth, will celebrate its 20th anniversary by honoring three outstanding Southland community leaders at its “Gala for the Children” on Wednesday, Dec. 11. The annual auction and dinner will be held in the ballroom of the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills.

3. Winter story tales at the Beverly Hills Public Library begins at 7 p.m. Click here for more information.

4. Don't forget that SoCal Edison warns to conserve natural gas following the record cold temperatures. It should start warming up for the rest of the week into the weekend.
