Senior Little Leaguers In Championship Game
Beverly Hills beats Culver City and Santa Monica to reach final game in District 25 tournament.
The Beverly Hills Little League All-Stars advanced to the senior division championship at the California District 25 Tournament, beating Culver City 11-6 on Saturday and Santa Monica 14-3 on Sunday at La Cienega Park.
The championship game will be played at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, again at La Cienega, with a second game if necessary on Thursday.
Beverly Hills' opponent has yet to be determined—three teams remain with a chance to advance to the title game. Culver City and Culver Marina will play on Monday, with the winner advancing to a game against Santa Monica on Tuesday. The winner of that game will face Beverly Hills.
