Los Angeles Adventure Boot Camp for Women

Los Angeles Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you

  • Get a safe, effective, and fun workout each session! No matter what your level of physical fitness, our instructors will ensure you burn the most fat and have the most fun possible, without getting injured.
  • The instructors are the most qualified in Los Angeles County, all hold nationally accredited personal training certifications and have years of experience.
  • The type of exercises vary, but you can expect circuit training, strength training, cardio, jump-rope, hiking, obstacle courses, and much more. Rest assured, you can work at your own pace. 
  • Camps run for 4 weeks at a time, 5 days a week (there is also a 3-day option). They start at 5:30am at Hancock Park/ Pan Pacific Park.
