Continues With Cellist

Beverly Hills, CA – The City of Beverly Hills Community Services Department invites its residents, visitors and patrons of the arts to the Music in the Mansion concert series. Under Artistic Director Laura Schmieder, the concert series continues with, cellist Bronwyn Banerdt.

Bronwyn has appeared in recitals throughout the United States, Europe, Russia, and Southern Africa, and soloed with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Houston Symphony, among many others. A native from Los Angeles, she earned her Bachelor's Degree from  USC, Artist's Diploma from The Curtis Institute of Music, and currently studying at Julliard School. As a Marlboro Music member, she collaborates in chamber music with artists such as Gilbert Kalish, Ida Kavafian, and Charles Neidich. She will be accompanied by Pianist David Kaplan.

Music in the Mansion Series

As the concert series comes to a conclusion, don’t miss out on the two remaining concerts. Sunday, June19 at 2pm, Karen Benjamin- soprano, Cedric Berry- bass-baritone, Vicki Kirsch- pianist, Alan Chapman- bass and vocals and Wednesday; July 20 6pm iPalpiti International Orchestra/ Eduard Schmieder, conductor will be at Greystone Mansion performing in the outdoor inner courtyard. Concerts include a light reception providing an opportunity to meet the performers.  Teas and pastries are graciously donated by Beverly Hills Urth Caffe and Bailey’s Bakery.
