Mission Main Street Judges to Consider 2 Beverly Hills Businesses

Chase Bank's Mission Main Street Grants program will award $3 million to small businesses throughout the U.S.

Two Beverly Hills-based small businesses received enough community support to move into the final phase in the nationwide competition for 12 $250,000 grants.

Chase's Mission Main Street Grants program aims to help small businesses thrive, according to its website.

Beverly Hills-based 159 AM Talent Management and StudioVox received at least 250 votes from the public.

Now, their grant proposals will be considered by a judging panel made up of senior vice presidents, chief executive officers, managers and more, including U.S. Chamber of Commerce Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer David C. Chavern, Google Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations Jon Kaplan and Chase Senior Vice President Donna Vieira.

Mission Main Street Grants will award a total of $3 million to small businesses across America, organizers wrote. All businesses that apply for a grant and meet the eligibility requirements will receive a special advertising offer from Premier Sponsor, Google.

In addition, the 12 grant recipients will be eligible to receive a trip to Google for an exclusive small business marketing workshop with Google experts and a Google Chromebook Pixel laptop, organizers wrote.

The winners will be announced in January 2014.
