Caroling Event Benefits Beverly Gardens Park and BHEF

Hundreds turn out for the city's first "holiday stroll and sing-along" held Saturday in Beverly Gardens Park.

Several Beverly Hills school choirs and musical groups joined Santa and Mrs. Claus at Beverly Gardens Park on Saturday to raise money for the Friends of Beverly Gardens Park and the Beverly Hills Education Foundation.

The Beverly Hills High School Brass Band, the BHHS (co-ed) Madrigals singers, the BHHS (all-female) Minnesingers, the Beverly Vista Choir and the Horace Mann Ukulele Group performed holiday tunes throughout the afternoon on two different stages.

“We hope to be able to raise a good amount of money,” said Anton Saleh, president of Teen BHEF, which volunteered at various booths and sold raffle tickets.
