"X Factor" and former "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell is marketing his Trousdale Estates home in Beverly Hills for $20 million, reports the Los Angeles Times.
He bought the two-story trophy home two years ago. It contains four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as an outdoor entertainment area, views of the city and a formal dining room with a lot of glass.
The group Fifth Harmony recently toilet-papered Cowell's Beverly Hills home in a friendly prank for his 54th birthday, reports E!.
