Courteney Cox Lists Trousdale Estates Home for $19.5M

Actress and producer Courteney Cox and her ex-husband David Arquette have listed their Beverly Hills estate in Trousdale Estates for $19.5 million, according to The Real Estalker.
The approximately 5,500-square-foot home designed by A. Quincy Jones has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, as well as a bi-leveling living room with a free-standing fireplace.
The couple purchased the home for $5,450,000 in 2004 during their marriage.
