Beverly Hills Boasted as Luxury Home Sales Leader
There were 18 purchases through June 2013 in the 90210 zip code more than $10 million.
Beverly Hills and New York City's Upper West Side garner the stat for the most luxury home sales more than $10 million in the last year, according to Bloomberg News.
There were 18 purchases in the city in that price range through June 2013, reports Coldwell Banker. Aspen, CO came in third.
Los Angeles' president for Coldwell Bankers Preview International noted they are seeing an influx of exclusive luxury home buyers. Among the most expensive properties sold in the last year was a $53 million property in nearby Bel Air.
