Time to Renew Your Residential Parking Permits

Preferential and overnight parking permits expired on Sunday.

It's that time of year again. Preferential and overnight parking permits for residents of multi-family dwellings expired on Sunday.

Beginning Monday, you've got to renew either online via the Beverly Hills city website or by mailing your request and payment to:


Department of Transportation
455 N. Rexford Drive
Beverly Hills, CA 90210

The permit fee schedule is as follows:

  • Preferential parking permit: $33.50 (up from $32.75 previously)
  • Overnight parking permit: $111 (up from $108 previously)
