So many limo drivers park in permit only area or at meters without paying - and leave their cars idling. They're commercial businesses in residential areas. Often with handicap cards. Do they get tickets? Do they get some kind of privilege parking deal?

Misuse of handicap placards is a huge pet-peeve of mine. I believe that the fraudulent use of these placards would be reduced significantly if the issuing doctor had to have their name (or some identifying code) placed on the placard. Basically, I think doctors would be less likely to just give those out to their friends and family if they were held more accountable for each one they issue.
