Council Lists Fiscal Year Priorities

Financial sustainability, residential land development and a zoning code update get the most city council attention in 2013-14.

The Beverly Hills City Council has published a list of projects and issues that will command members' attention in fiscal year 2013-14.

Fiscal sustainability with a focus on pension reform and balancing funds such as parking and storm water topped the list, followed by:

  • Residential development standards
  • Zoning code update
  • Beverly Gardens park restoration project
  • Technology upgrades

Issues such as public safety, open space and small business development ranked high on the list of 31 priorities.
