In response to resident requests for a dedicated dog park area and upon review of available green space, it was determined that Roxbury Park provided the best location for consideration.

The proposed location is currently an underutilized area originally used for croquet. By repurposing this space there is still an opportunity to accommodate both lawn sports and the proposed dog park.
