Candidate Forum Thursday at 7 p.m.

City Council contenders meet again to present their views to voters.

Beverly Hills City Council hopefuls get together for a candidate forum 7 p.m. Thursday at City Hall.

The Southwest Beverly Hills Homeowners Association has organized the event that takes place in the Council Chamber and will be broadcast Monday, Feb. 11 at 8:30 p.m. on BHTV channel 10. The forum will also be available for viewing on the city's website.

Six candidates—two incumbents, a former councilwoman, a planning commissioner and two political newcomers—are vying for a council seat.

The Beverly Hills Municipal League hosted the first candidate forum of the 2013 election season on Jan. 29.

The election is March 5.
