The children’s area art project is being sponsored by the Friends of the Beverly Hills Library, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the library’s best-loved and most needed collections and programs.
“This is an exciting opportunity for artists to be featured in a historic and prestigious library,” says Nancy Hunt-Coffey, Assistant Director of Community Services for Beverly Hills.
Interested professional artists must submit a proposal inclusive of all project costs, including: design, travel, materials, installation, protection, and insurance. The artist selected for this project will receive $85,000 to develop original mural work at this location.
