Beverly Hills Announces Halloween Parking Regulations

Residents living in the area of North Santa Monica Boulevard and North Doheny Drive will receive special parking permits for the night of Wednesday, Oct. 31.

The city is establishing "No Parking, Except by Permit" tow-away zones Halloween evening, Wednesday, Oct. 31, in residential areas most affected by the West Hollywood Halloween Carnival and Street Parade. 

Beverly Hills residents living in the area of North Santa Monica Boulevard and North Doheny Drive will be issued parking permits. Parking restrictions will be in effect from 4 p.m. Oct. 31 until 2:30 a.m. Nov. 1. Temporary parking signs will be posted.

Residents will receive three parking permits for themselves and their guests. If more permits are needed, requests can be made to the Department of Public Works and Transportation at 310-285-2500.

If any issues arise Halloween night, the city's parking exemption line will be taking calls at 310-285-2548 until 1 a.m. Nov. 1.
