Wilshire Boulevard Office Thieves on the Loose

Two thieves have been targeting offices on Wilshire Boulevard in West L.A. Is Beverly Hills next?

The  issued a community alert for two men known to enter office buildings in the Wilshire Boulevard area and take unattended laptops and other electronics.

The suspects are described as two black men, bald, heavyset and approximately between 40 and 45 years old. Police say the suspects have performed "numerous" grand thefts on the Westside from office buildings on or near Wilshire Boulevard, where they would enter buildings carrying empty black shoulder bags and locate unattended laptops and other electronics, place the property in their shoulder bag and leave.

Police urge awareness for any unauthorized people in offices. Always place your valuables in a secured, locked place when unattended.
