Rob Kardashian Faces Charges After Alleged Face off with Photographer
The complaint against Kardashian charges one count each of petty theft and battery. He is also being sued by the photographer.
Rob Kardashian--known for his appearances on "Dancing With The Stars'' and his family's reality TV show--is facing two misdemeanor counts, according to court papers revealed Tuesday.
The charges stem from an alleged run-in with a female photographer in late March.
As previously reported here, Kardashian is alleged to have faced off against a pararazza on March 27 after she photographed him without his shirt on near Little Santa Monica Boulevard.

Kardashian is said to have hit her in the face and then taken her memory card with the images.
Kardashian is charged with one count each of battery and petty theft, according to the complaint, filed Friday and released Tuesday.

Meantime, according to City News Service, the photographer has filed a civil lawsuit against Kardashian.
No arraignment has been set for Kardashian.
