Police Seek Identities of Kidnapping Suspects

The following information is supplied by the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Beverly Hills police are on the lookout for two men who allegedly attempted to kidnap a girl jogging in the area of Hartford Way and Pamela Drive on Oct. 17.

At approximately 4:25 p.m. that Thursday, a female teenager was jogging when a vehicle (possibly a Ford Transit with tinted windows) stopped in the roadway. Police say a passenger exited the vehicle, ran toward the victim and grabbed her right arm.

The girl was able to break free and run away and the vehicle and occupants fled westbound on Hartford Way toward Benedict Canyon. She described the two suspects as Hispanic men, 30 to 40 years oldand looked like construction workers.
