Woman Killed in Car Accident on Whittier Drive
The crash closes a stretch of Sunset Boulevard on Thursday.
A woman was killed Thursday at 10 a.m. in a two-vehicle crash on North Whittier Drive near Sunset Boulevard. The incident is under investigation by the Beverly Hills Police Department. The woman's name is being withheld pending notification of her relatives.
Update: The collision was between a commercial vehicle and a passenger vehicle. Both occupants of the passenger vehicle were injured, one fatally and the other seriously. The latter was transported to Cedars-Sinai for treatment.
