The has been made aware of numerous thefts and vandalisms of "No Tunneling Under Beverly Hills High School" signs from private and school properties throughout the city.
BHPD wants people to know that there are several misdemeanor crimes that a person who commits these actions could be charged with including: petty theft, vandalism, destruction of private property and trespassing.
Officers are on the lookout for and will detain anyone who engages in this criminal activity. Additionally residents are encouraged to contact BHPD and report when they observe this or any other suspicious activity.
