Beverly Hills Police Seek Knock-Knock Burglary Suspects

The two suspects, who are wanted in connection with residential burglaries in Beverly Hills and West L.A., are believed to be living a "flashy" lifestyle in South L.A.

The Beverly Hills Police Department is seeking the public's help to locate two men suspected of daytime burglaries in Beverly Hills. The suspects, Tyree Jackson and Bryan Rachel, are thought to be living a "flashy" lifestyle in South Los Angeles that has been primarily funded through burglaries and narcotics sales, according to a BHPD news release. The pair are also suspected of committing daytime burglaries in West L.A.

The Beverly Hills Police Department says that on Feb. 7, its surveillance units observed the two suspects, along with another man, Germayne Jackson, committing a daytime residential burglary in North Hollywood.

Police say the three used a common method of operation: They knocked on the front door of the residence and when there is was no answer, two of the men entered the residence and ransacked the home looking for jewelry, money and guns. The third suspect waited in the car as the getaway driver.

According to the BHPD, after the men committed the burglary, police units immediately initiated a traffic stop on the car that had been waiting for the suspects outside the victim’s home. All three suspects fled from the vehicle. Germayne Jackson was located a few hours later hiding under a tarp in a carport. Tyree Jackson and Rachal are still at large.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has filed burglary charges against all three suspects. Germayne Jackson remains in custody at the Los Angeles County Men's Central Jail.
