Arrests between Oct. 7 and Oct. 13. in Beverly Hills:

• Byron Keith Ellison, 49, of Lawndale, was arrested Oct. 9 by Beverly Hills police. He was charged with murder and arson.
• Shaquita Auraelle Prince, 27, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Oct. 9. She was charged with assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
  
• Victor Ricks, 35, of Reseda, was arrested Oct. 10. He was charged with making threats to commit a crime resulting in death of great bodily injury.
  
• Nina Maynard, 34, of Los Angeles, was arrested Oct. 10. She was charged with shoplifting, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, passing a fake bill, making a false impersonation and identity theft.
• Lester Daniel Jack, 20, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Oct. 9. He was charged with a residential burglary.
  
• Brandon Scott Turner, 29, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Oct. 7. He was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substances without a prescription and receiving stolen goods.
• Rudy Daniel Valenzuela, 29, of Los Angeles, was arrested on Oct. 9. He was charged with attempted robbery and criminal conspiracy.
• Lawrence Edward Nightingale, 29, of Venice, was arrested Oct. 9. He was charged with attempted robbery and criminal conspiracy.
• Jesse David Graham, 26, of Los Angeles, was arrested on Oct. 9. He was charged with attempted robbery and criminal conspiracy.
• Aguilar Cruz-Martinez, 20, of Los Angeles, was arrested Oct. 12. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Robin Nanette Winters, 45, of Los Angeles, was arrested Oct. 12. She was charged with receiving stolen property in assumed character.
• Paruyr Akhverdyan, 47, of North Hollywood, was arrested on Oct. 13. He was charged with petty theft.
• Daniel Leonard Ginzberg, 21, of Encino, was arrested on Oct. 12. He was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08.
• Victor Hugo Dubois, 61, of Los Angeles, was arrested Oct. 11. He was charged with driving under the influence.
• Jose Eziel Venegas-Domingas, 23, of Los Angeles, was arrested Oct. 12. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.
• Carlo Abduk Mabson, 38, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Oct. 10. He was charged with trespassing.
• Millie Ashley Efraim, 18, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Oct. 10. He was charged with occupying property with consent.
• Eric Keith Lovelace, 57, of Los Angeles, was arrested Oct. 7. He was charged with public intoxication.

• Phillip Rodney Major, 48, of Burbank, was arrested Oct. 8. He was taken into custody on a misdemeanor bench warrant.
