Arrest Logs: Domestic Violence, Battery, Using Stolen Property

Arrests between Oct. 28 and Nov. 3 in Beverly Hills:

• Yousef Moftakhar, 88, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Oct. 29 by Beverly Hills police. He was charged with domestic violence.
• Nathan Robert Blake, 31, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Nov. 1. He was charged with battery.
• Damien Lee Fletcher, 28, of Inglewood, was arrested Nov. 1. He was charged with malicious mischief to a vehicle.
• Adrian Marion Smith, 29, of Hollywood, was arrested Nov. 1. He was charged with using stolen property for own use, receiving stolen property, identity theft and he was also taken into custody based on an outside misdemeanor warrant.
• Eric Ian Stern, 27, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Oct. 29. He was charged with commercial burglary.
• Dora Kessler, 58, of Los Angeles, was arrested on Oct. 31. She was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level more than .08.
• Ali Hachani, 21, of Los Angeles, was arrested Oct. 30. They were charged with driving under the influence and driving unlicensed.
• Roy Anthony Pitter, 43, of Los Angeles, was arrested on Oct. 31. He was charged with possession of hasish, driving unlicensed and he was also taken into custody on a fugitive from justice warrant.
• Andre Jerome Broner, 24, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Nov. 2. He was charged with trespassing.
• Frederick Miller Jackson, 58, of Carson, was arrested Nov. 3 on an outside misdemeanor warrant.
• Rene Preciado, 50, city unknown, was arrested Nov. 3 for public intoxication.
• Brian Anton Malkovsky, 26, of Los Angeles, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with public nuisance.
• Darryl Eugene Kilgore, 51, of Los Angeles, was arrested Nov. 1 on an outside felony warrant.
• Travis Sun Frink, 44, of Los Angeles, was arrested Nov. 1 for public intoxication.
• Menachem Tewel, 30, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested Oct. 29 on fugitive from justice warrant. 
• Eduardo Lato Salazar, 26, of Torrance, was arrested on Oct. 29 on an outside misdemeanor warrant.
• Alex Amirkhanian, 25, of Santa Monica, was arrested on Oct. 28 on a Beverly Hills police arrest warrant.
