Arrest Log: Burglary, Grand Theft, Battery, Identity Theft

The following information was supplied by the Beverly Hills Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

14 arrests, including burglary, grand theft, identity theft and battery

  • Jie Chin, 30, of Los Angeles, was arrested on Sept. 19 by Beverly Hills police. He was charged with commercial burglary, criminal conspiracy, grand theft, forgery of state, corporate or official seal and getting credit using another identification.
  • Omar Bradley Ting, 30, of Alhambra, was arrested on Sept. 19. He was charged with commercial burglary, criminal conspiracy, grand theft and getting credit using another identification.
  • Michael Lee Maddox, 23, of Newport Beach, was arrested Sept. 22. He was charged with battery.
  • Jose Angel Ayala, 35, of Van Nuys, was arrested Sept. 18. He was charged with grand theft auto.
  • Jesus Alberto Ortiz, 21, of Van Nuys, was arrested Sept. 18. He was charged with grand theft auto.
  • Julie Ann Nelson, 39, of Beverly Hills, was arrested Sept. 20. She was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level over .08.
  • David Edwards Brown, 38, of Los Angeles, was arrested on Sept. 18. He was charged with driving under the influence.
  • Alejandro Gonzalez, 27, of Los Angeles, was arrested Sept. 19. He was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level over .08 and driving unlicensed on a highway.
  • Karine Alexandra Benzaria, 22, of Long Beach, was arrested Sept. 17. She was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level over .08.
  • Ian William Cohen, 32, of Culver City, was arrested on Sept. 16. He was charged with driving under the influence.
  • Luis Alberto Gomez-Cano, 27, of Los Angeles, was arrested Sept. 20. He was charged with vandalism: defacing property.
  • Barry B. Polonsky, 59, of Los Angeles was arrested Sept. 21. He was taken into custody based on an outstanding felony warrant.
