Alleged Sexual Assault Called 'Baseless' by BHPD

A woman reported that she was sexually assaulted by two men at the Montage Hotel early Wednesday morning.

In the early hours of Wednesday, Nov. 2, Beverly Hills police responded to a radio call of a possible sexual assault at the  that officers later deemed "baseless" after conducting a preliminary investigation.

The alleged victim was with two men in her hotel room when the situation escalated and she became fearful. Hotel security contacted the Beverly Hills Police Department at about 1:30 a.m. Officers responded within minutes. Subsequent interviews with detectives determined that no crime had occurred, according to the BHPD.
