No City Enforcement
Why doesn't the City of Beverly Hills enforce their own codes? Two in particular, dog refuse and gardeners who use gas powered blowers? Both are daily, ongoing problems. I have yet to see one person ticked for leaving dog refuse on sidewalks and lawns, and on any street in this city you can see gardeners with gas-fueled leaf blowers which are are illegal. No one is ever ticketed. Why?
