Michael Libow, Owner of the Witches House gets Beverly Hills Landmark Approval

Michael Libow, realtor in Beverly Hills is the owner and caretaker of the Witches House.  The house recently received Landmark approval due to it's unique storybook design, age and role in early Hollywood.

The Witches House (also known as the Spadena House) was built in the 1920's as an office for the studio execs in Culver City. The house was then moved to Beverly Hills where Michael purchased it many years later.

Michael has made some great additions to the house, including a pool and the new driveway.  The house sees well over 4,000 trick-or-treaters every single Halloween and it is visited by many curious onlookers.

The consulting firm Ostashay & Associates performed an intensive and exhaustive landmark assessment which helped tie the pedigree and provenance of the house together.
