MSMLE'S Daily Gem
Today we are commemorating Bouchon. Thomas Keller, executive chef at the French Laundry and Per Se opened this French bistro in 2009. Located in the beautiful courtyard next to Montage, the restaurant is on the second floor right above their bakery.
Each dish is virtually flawless. Service starts with bread alongside salted butter and crostini with a white bean puree. Our favorite appetizer is The Rillettes aux Deux Saumons in which the salmon comes in a glass jar and is served with thin slices of buttered baguette For the main course, try the Steak Frites which is one their most popular dishes. The wine list is equally impressive, we recommend the vibrant and refreshing Rose de Pinot Noir.
Bouchon is truly an excellent restaurant with superior service.
