Mark Wahlberg was spotted outside Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. on South Beverly Drive with his daughter as his date. Wahlberg is the executive producer of HBO's Entourage, which is about to enter it's final season this summer. He was also nominated for an Academy Award for his starring role in The Fighter last year. It seems that frozen yogurt still fits the training table diet of this Hollywood A-lister.

Just took it. If a celeb is on a city sidewalk they are "fair game" for photos. Inside a business, they are not.
