A Guide to Beverly Hills' Bike Racks

It's Bike Week all around Los Angeles County, with events like Thursday's Bike to Work Day taking center stage.

In Beverly Hills, the growth of cycling as an option is moving along too, with a variety of bike racks already around town and more to come, thanks to a new program by the city to roll out 30 more racks using AQMD funds.

As part of the planning to roll out those new racks, the city did an assessment of existing racks.

Here's that list of the public racks around town, accommodating, according to our count, as many as 66 bicycles:

-1 rack for 4-8 bikes on Civic Center Drive
-2 racks for 6-12 bikes in front of the Library
-2 racks at 1-2 bikes at Canon Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard
-1 rack for 1-2 bikes at 434 N. Canon Dr. (Porta Villa)
