Benefit for LETS Erase the Stigma, Silent Auction, LETS Awards, Jazz Performances, DJ

Coupa Café is hosting the venue for LETS 2nd Annual  Benefit and Silent Auction for “Let’s grow! Let’s Go!” on Thursday, November 3rd, from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. LETS is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) children's charity dedicated to erasing the stigma of mental illness by funding and developing educational programs, mentoring opportunities, and research possibilities designed to empower youth to change the perception of mental illness. Restaurant owner and entrepreneur Camelia Coupal is a board member of LETS.

“It's a very important cause and one that is dear to my heart.  LETS is helping kids with prevalent issues such as teen suicide, bullying, eating disorders, cutting and substance abuse. I'm honored to host my restaurant for such an amazing event, which is helping to raise money to save kids through education and prevention.” says Coupal.

“Let’s grow! Let’s Go!” will feature a hosted bar, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, and music by DJ Epic Twelve. The benefit will award students representing four high schools; along with honorees Zev Yaroslavsky of the 3rd Supervisorial District, LAC; Dr. Larry Gasco of the LAC Mental Health Commission; and Sharon Dunas of NAMI Westside LA.
