The weekly menu will feature seasonal selections and fresh, farm to table cuisine while overlooking the recently re-designed Aqua Star Pool by Estee Stanley. The Beverly Hilton's brunch will also include a breakfast buffet for $55 per person that offers selections like Eggs Benedict, Belgian Waffles, Applewood Smoked Bacon, a made-to-order omelet station, and more.
