This Silent Retreats is designed to better introduce you to inner peace and
tranquility through silence and meditation. Silence... a gap in the
midst of doing and accomplishing opens up new spaces and possibilities
in our busy, over-crowded minds, hearts and lives. By offering silent
retreats we are creating a precious opportunity for participants to dare
to pause, let go of blind activity, and give themselves a chance to
deeply refresh.
There are no rituals, and no required beliefs. We merely
provide an open, safe, supportive gathering where individuals can use
the powerful tool of collective silent awareness to experience
themselves and others with clarity, compassion and kindness... and to
make better sense of their life journey through a host of silent
mindfulness practices, including:
Mindfulness Meditation
Mindful Movement
Mindful Eating
Outer silence, inner listening
Group Sharing (in which we break the noble silence ...but mindfully)
The
next retreat will be on Sunday, July 21, 2013, from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at
Rumi Rooms. There is free parking in close proximity. Cost is $50 per person. We
are offering it to the Patch Community at $50 for 2 people for this
retreat only.
We do not accept walk-ins. Please emails/call/text us for more information. (424) 703-3393.
