Music of the Harp Joins the Melodies of Waterfalls

Every last Sunday of the month you are invited to the Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden to experience the tranquility that results from the timeless principles of Japanese garden design. This Sunday, award winning harpist, Carolyn Sykes, and some of her featured students, will perform the beautiful music of the harp beginning at noon.


The garden will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Reservations are not necessar.y but can be made for $7.50 at www.japanesegardenpasadena.com.  Admission at the gate is $10.00; cash or checks only please (children 12 and under are free.) The garden is wheelchair accessible.


Sunday's event coincides with The Garden Conservancy's annual "Open Days" tour of outstanding gardens in Pasadena. The Storrier Stearns Garden welcomed close to 1,700 visitors when it was featured on the Conservancy's tour in 2013.
