in Chef Brandon’s Prix Fixe lunch menu for just $21.95.

Wine Bar for lunch. Selections from Fleming’s full dinner menu will be
available as well as Chef Brandon’s Prix Fixe lunch selections for $21.95 featuring
a choice of starter including a  North
Atlantic Lobster Bisque with mini garlic croutons or a Red and Gold Beet Salad
with heirloom tomato, candied walnuts and sherry lemon vinaigrette. Entrées
include a Sliced Filet Mignon, served over whipped garlic mashed potatoes, pan
charred spinach and cabernet demi-glaze, or Chilean Sea Bass, served with southwest
style tomato, lemon cilantro broth, and pan charred seasoned greens.*
