This 4-week secular,and easy to learn courses are aimed at teaching you the basics of mindfulness to help you get started with your mindful meditation practice and mindful living.

Course objectives:

  • To learn/practice mindfulness meditation in a variety of forms (sitting, standing, walking, and more)

  • To bring awareness to the unconscious, default choices and stories that tend to define our lives

  • To experience new possibilities and story lines

  • To integrate mindfulness into everyday life (work, leisure, relationships)

The next Wednesday Class:  Wednesday March 6 – April 2 , 2013 (no class on 3/27), 6:15 pm-8:15 pm

The next Saturday Class: Saturday April 6, 2013-April 27, 2013, 10:00 am-12:00noon, at Rumi Rooms.

We do not accept walk-ins, and our venue may change based on the number of participants.
