Celebrate 30 years of Beaujolais Nouveau with Beaujolais Passions  FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2012 at Mercedes-Benz Beverly Hills

Every year, in celebration of the season’s first harvest, Georges Duboeuf unveils a new interpretation of his highly anticipated Beaujolais Nouveau. This year is even more special, since we celebrate 30 years of Beaujolais Nouveau in the U.S. In order to recreate this French ritual in style, a Cabaret Twist was added to the traditional Beaujolais Passions evening.

Beaujolais Passions with a Cabaret Twist will make this yearly wine celebration “a night to remember” and captivate consumers with “30 years of Nouveau Magic!” For the first time in 30 years, Beaujolais Nouveau labels, POS and shippers offer interactive and educational opportunities through smartphone technology and the magic of Augmented Reality. By pairing the wizardry of winemaking with the magical technology Millennials crave, the release of Beaujolais Nouveau promises to be more enchanting than ever.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to experience the beauty of French culture firsthand while sipping delicious wines and sampling fine French cuisine. They will also enjoy cancan, feathers and glitz “à la mode de Paris” with a medley of French talents!

Cabaret Versatile – recipient of the Best Cabaret and Variety Show of the Hollywood Fringe Festival, 2012 — will perform its latest revue with amazing dancers choreographed by French lead dancer Lola Ohlala.

‘The Lady in Red’ Jenny Eloise Rieu, a French ‘vintage singer’ who will take attendees on journey to a time and place of old world elegance and glamor.
