54th Annual L.A. County Holiday Celebration

Your L.A. tradition! Perfect for the whole family, more than 20 music ensembles, choirs and dance companies from the many neighborhoods and cultures of Los Angeles celebrate the season during this free, three-hour holiday show. Even the parking underneath the Music Center is free. West LA-based companies include Ate9 dANCEcOMPANY, directed by former Batsheva dancer Danielle Agami; Invertigo Dance Theatre, performing “Mishpachah” (Hebrew for “family”), a dance portraying a Jewish family in a time of celebration and reflection performed to a vibrant score influenced by Eastern-European and Sephardic sounds; JazzAntiqua Dance and Music Ensemble, presenting a piece inspired by classic gospel hymn, “Blessed Quietness,” and Sarah Reich and Tap Music Project with a tap dance performance set to live holiday music.
