Week in Review: A New Superintendent Takes Charge While City Council Commits Funds to Fight MTA

A new superintendent took the realm of the Beverly Hills Unified School District this week, while the Beverly Hills City Council set aside up to $350,000 to fight a possible subway route under Beverly Hills High School. Here are the top five stories from July 3-9.

3. The Beverly Hills City Council agreed to create a to fight the Westside Subway Extension's proposed route under BHHS. Vice Mayor William Brien said the money is designated for technical services, public relations and legal services.
